Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using STYNAMICS services. These terms govern your relationship with STYNAMICS and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

01Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing and using the STYNAMICS website (www.stynamics.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

02Services

  • STYNAMICS provides web development, digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, and social media management services.
  • The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of specific services are governed by individual service agreements or proposals.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion with reasonable notice.

03Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver services.
  • Clients must ensure they have the rights to any content, images, or materials provided to STYNAMICS.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.

04Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them.
  • STYNAMICS retains rights to all tools, frameworks, templates, and proprietary methodologies used in delivering services.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

05Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements or invoices.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

06Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
  • This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

07Limitation of Liability

  • STYNAMICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months prior to the claim.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

08Termination

  • Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement.
  • Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
  • STYNAMICS will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment.

09Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
